English classes

The objective of this project is to build a platform in which students can teach English to locals. It’s an opportunity for them to practice their teaching skills and earn money to finance their studies.

On the other side, it’s an opportunity for the locals who want to learn or improve their command of Engish in a short period of time.

The project is in a pilot phase and 3 students from UNAP have been on-boarded to start teaching English. This pilot phase is part of the learning process to grasp the key success factors and ensure the project is viable.

With this project, we create a local market where students teach for the locals and therefore a critical success factor relies on the economic balance between what the local students are willing to pay and the teachers are willing to earn.

Because the time and the schedules are not really strict, another critical success factor is the adherence to the defined schedule for both the student and the teacher.
