Spanish School online
The objective of this project is to set up a Spanish school on-line in which the students from Iquitos teach Spanish to tourists who want to learn Latin Spanish prior to their trip to Latin America.
Thanks to the on-line courses the students are able to finance their own study. They promote the region leveraging on their specific knowledge of Amazon.
Target clients for the project are tourist living in the US and Europe.

To secure the success of this project, the following attention points have been identified:
- Availability of internet and enough bandwidth to ensure that the teacher and the student can able to have smooth communication. Rainy days in Iquitos have a bad influence on internet availability. Various options are under analysis (e.g. 4G data hub).
- Time availability for the students, this activity is on top of their studies and require time to prepare and deliver.
- Schedule management: time and schedule are interpreted in a different manner in the Amazon region. It’s key to adapt to a strict schedule to meet future clients on-line.
